I offer you personalised programs written for your goals e.g. fat burning, toning, strength, endurance.

One-on-one sessions outdoors or in your home. Monday to Friday.

If you prefer a smaller outlay, I can write you a program/programs to meet your goals. You can follow this program in your own time, by yourself. I can write a program for you to use at home, outdoors or in your local gym.

I can give tips on nutrition and lifestyle, and links to resources and references. Perhaps you’d like guidance with weekly grocery lists. I want to be your support, to motivate you.

Packages entitle you to ongoing email support e.g. reminders of form, support when you have blown out your diet, or lost motivation to exercise.

Before I begin training you, I will meet with you to discuss your fitness goals to get an idea of your present levels of fitness and look at any health issues you may have. We will discuss the amount of time you have to devote to achieving your fitness goals and how you like to train.

This will enable me to write programs that suit your individual needs.
